Not much to say except the quality of Carvel speaks for itself.Nothing in world tastes like Carvel ice cream.NOTHING.

I took my family to Carvel yesterday to surprise them with Carvel. The servers were not friendly at all and refused to accept the Carvel Gift Certificate that I received for my 70th birthday a few months ago. Fortunately I had my charge card with me and was able to pay for what turned out to be soft and melting ice cream. All five of us ordered hot fudge sundaes and were given chocolate syrup instead of the hot fudge. The service was terrible, the ice cream too soft and dripping all over my little grrandsons , the attitude of the servers and my Gift Certificate being refused by nasty servers was a really disappointing. I'll never go to Carvel again!!!

Clean and excellent service, and yummy ice cream as well.

Although the service & cleanliness of the store was great. I was extremely disappointed with purchase of Fudgie the Whale cake. It was very thin. The last time I bought this cake it was almost double the thickness. This cake was, not worth $36. Disappointing everyone at the party remarked how thin it is now! Will not buy again if this is the new size - beware!

Great milkshakes. I got a large chocolate milkshake and it was very good.

My son had soft serve chocolate cone and sprinkles. He was happy. I thought the plastic drip guard for the cone was pretty cool.Table was a little dirty but at my request staff cleaned up table right away. The person that helped us was very nice and smiled. It was a good experience and I will go there again.
